Please turn up by 6:15pm to help set up and grab a bite to eat at the free sausage sizzle. Downbeat at 7pm.

Please be there at 10am to help set up and be ready for a 10:30am start.

Christmas Performances (so far)

Monday, September 13th, 2010

We had a brilliant rehearsal this evening! That was a great welcome for our new cellist and new pianist. If we get much bigger we might need to find a new practice venue!

Remember that our next rehearsal will be on 4 October. We will start practicing for our Christmas performances.

So far we have two Christmas performances lined up:

  • Sunday 19 December at Logan Village
  • Thursday 23 December at Jeta Gardens Retirement Resort

More details to come closer to the dates. News of any other performances will be posted here as soon as they come to hand.

Eagleby Community Church

Monday, July 26th, 2010

Following our success at the Mt Gravatt Show last Saturday, we are looking to perform again this Saturday for the Eagleby Community Church at Eagleby Community Centre starting by 5:30pm this Saturday, 31 July 2010.

Note that there are two community centres in Eagleby – we will be at the smaller Eagleby Community Centre in Cowper Avenue next to the public pool. The program will be pretty much the same as we played at the Mt Gravatt Show.

Please bring a plate for the pot-luck dinner, and feel free to bring along the rest of your family. See you there!
